Job description

In this essential role, you will provide senior level operational support and analysis contributing to the bottom line and sales success of Tribe. You assist in success within the Medical Device Services (MDS) team to carry out planning, training, investigate complicated inventory issues found in loaner kits, bill customers, ensure day to day flow of the department, alongside the MDS Manager and more.


You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of reports pertaining to inventory management, expired product monitoring, and upgrades for medical device kits.


You will also check returning medical kits, work with the sales team when there are booking conflicts and coordinate repair requests when necessary. You are responsible for scheduling shipments based on availability and ensuring timely returns within Canada and the US. You will keep track of shipments, monitor and co-ordinate same-day shipment in some urgent cases.


The MDS department is a fast-paced environment where the application of accuracy and at times speed are essential. You will work in an open team environment to provide medical equipment to hospital customers across Canada.

Job requirements

This role requires at least 18 months previous experience in a loaners or medical device coordination role, advanced computer skills with experience using spreadsheets and databases as well as looking up small details. A strong attention to detail and the mental strength to work under tight deadlines.

This permanent, fulltime role is at Tribe’s head office and steel-toe shoes are required.
